Start with your pool

Starting pool care begins with a conversation about your pool. The water, equipment, access and current condition all matter. Here is what to expect as we get to know your pool and arrange weekly care.

Tell us what you know

Share the property location, whether you have a pool, spa or water feature, and what prompted the request. A recent change in water appearance, a new equipment sound or uncertainty about the system is useful information. You do not need to diagnose a problem before contacting us.

If you have an equipment manual, an earlier service record or a safely accessible model label, keep it handy. An overview photo may help explain the setup. Do not open equipment or change settings just to gather details.

Meet at the property

The next step is an assessment of the pool, equipment and condition. That visit helps Haoly Pools prepare a written proposal for your property, with scope and pricing. It is the point to discuss a concern that might need separate attention, such as recurring filter cleaning or salt-cell cleaning for a pool with a salt chlorinator.

The proposal, rather than a general article, establishes what is included for your pool. If something is unclear, ask before accepting it: What work is recurring? How are chemicals billed? What would require separate approval?

Review the proposal and agree on a start

Once you accept the proposal, you add a payment method through the customer portal. Weekly care then begins on the agreed schedule. There is no need to assume a particular start day before the property and proposal are discussed.

After service starts, your email records services provided, water readings and chemical dosages when applied; weekly photos are added to your account. Explore the sample report to see how these details come together.

The easiest first step is a clear description of your pool and what you want help understanding. See the weekly-care path, then send your request or call the office at (480) 253-9454.
