The Haolys Way
Care with a purpose.
Health & Safety. Hospitality & Service. Harmony & Stewardship.
Pure Water. Pure Aloha.
The care behind the work.
Pool care touches the water, the people who enjoy it and the place we call home. These three pillars explain what matters to Haoly Pools.
They guide the conversation as well as the work: understanding your pool, explaining a recommendation and keeping you connected to its care.

01 / Health & safety
Care for the water.
Care for the people around it.
Health and safety are central to why we care for pools. Our weekly service includes water-chemistry checks and arrival and departure safety checks, with observations about the pool and equipment.
Children’s water safety is also part of this conversation. Explore water-safety guidance for families, including layers of protection and the role of adult supervision.

02 / Hospitality & service
A familiar connection.
We call it Customer Love: personal attention, appreciation for our customers and a relationship that leaves space for questions.
You’ll speak with Kate and Garrett a lot. Your weekly service email records the work performed, water readings and chemical dosages when applied. Weekly visit photos are added to your account.
When you ask about a repair or a new system, the conversation starts with what you’re experiencing and what you want to understand.

03 / Harmony & stewardship
Respect for our water.
Connection to our community.
The sea turtle in our crest represents harmony and stewardship. For Haolys, that means caring about the environment and the communities around us.
In pool care, that conversation includes water use, chemistry and the way equipment works together. Testing and documenting chemical additions help make the care understandable.
Community is part of this pillar too, including respect for local Indigenous communities and support for their economic and social success.

Understanding is part of the care
Ask what. Ask why.
Bring your questions to Kate and Garrett. A useful conversation can start with any of these:
- What are we seeing?Ask about the readings, the condition or the change you’ve noticed.
- Why this recommendation?Ask how the proposed work relates to the concern.
- What is included?Ask what the quote covers before deciding on the work.
Care starts with understanding
