Weekly water care

“My pool is crystal clear and the chemicals are balanced. Their communication was clear and kept me informed about the condition of my pool.”

Getting started

From first hello
to your first visit.

  1. Tell us about your pool.

Share your address, pool and spa setup, and any current concerns.

  2. Meet at the property.

We assess the pool, equipment and condition, then send a written proposal with scope and pricing.

  3. Review and accept.

Accept the proposal and add your payment method through the customer portal.

  4. Begin weekly care.

Service begins on the agreed schedule, with reports and photos to keep you informed.

What a visit looks like

Attention to the whole system.

  • Arrival and departure safety checks.
  • Surface skimming, basket and vacuum-canister emptying.
  • Spot brushing and spot vacuuming as needed each week; full brushing and full floor vacuuming once monthly.
  • Water-level and water-chemistry checks, with adjustments as needed.
  • Filter-pressure, pump-schedule and equipment-operation checks.
  • Visual checks for leaks, wear and other concerns.

Your written proposal sets the scope for your property. Filter cleaning, replacement and equipment repairs are additional services.

Chemistry in practice

Test first.
Then adjust.

Testing helps us understand what your water needs. We document the readings and any chemical dosages applied.

Chemicals, clearly explained.

Our standard plan bills chemicals by the actual dosage applied. Your report shows what was added.

Let’s make it clear

Before your first visit.

Understand the scope, the billing and the care your pool needs.

Still have a question? Call us →
How much does weekly pool service cost?

We assess your pool, its equipment and its current condition, then provide a written proposal with the scope and pricing for your property. Our standard plan bills chemicals separately by the actual dosage applied.

Do you brush and vacuum the entire pool every week?

We spot-brush and spot-vacuum as needed each week. Full brushing of the walls, floor and steps and a full floor vacuum are performed once monthly. Vacuuming may be manual or use an automatic cleaner.

Are chemicals included in the weekly cleaning price?

Our standard approach bills chemicals separately based on the actual dosage applied. If you prefer predictable chemical billing, ask about the annualized option, which requires a one-year service agreement.

Can you care for my spa, too?

Tell us whether your spa connects to the pool or uses separate equipment. We’ll assess the setup and include the appropriate scope in your proposal. Learn about spa and hot tub care →

What if my equipment needs a repair?

Equipment repairs and installations are separate services. Share the symptoms or any error messages so we can discuss the next step. Explore repairs and installation →
